Day 19: Release Revival

Pray for another revival to sweep the churches and Chicago as a whole(Chicago had a strong revival in the 1800's through the ministry of D.L Moody.) We pray that revival will be sparked in southside Chicago through the hip hope outreach. Pray for revival to break out among young people, in elementary, middle school, high school & colleges etc. Ask the Lord to raise up dedicated young Christians who will become a voice to reform their various sphere of influence. Lets pray that God will help us raise up more churches in Chicago that will keep the the fire of revival burning through prayer~ Psalms. 85:6 , 2 Chronicles 7:14

Day 18: Release of Peace

Pray for peace to reign in everything we do before, during and after the hip hope Chicago. We need God peace in our families, churches, marriages etc~Hebrews 12:14, Ephesians 4:3,

Day 17: Release of Power:

If we are to see God’s power during hip hope chicago. We need to be filled and moved by the Holy Spirit. Prayer breeds intimacy & intimacy with the Holy-Spirit produces the power of God. God's power is what is going to change the lives of the youths and young adults of Chicago .So, let us pray that we are filled with the presence and the power of the Holy Spirit as we go to Chicago. ~ Matthew 17:18-21, Acts 1:8

Day 16: Release of Ministry:

Paul and Barnabas in the city of Antioch were fasting and praying because of a new missions endeavor for divine assignment in Act 13:1-2. Ask God to consecrate us for ministry to reach the youth & young- adult of Chicago. We also want to see these young people launched into their callings. Finally pray that all our team members will minister through their calling and not through imitation ~Acts 13:1-2, Romans 1:1, Matthew 9:38, Ephesians 2:8-10, Ephesians 4:11-13

Day 15:Release of Healing:

 As we go to the Chicago. We ask the Lord to release the anointing for Physical, Emotional & Spiritual healing. We want to see God heal young people during this missions trip, so that they might be drawn to the Lord. We want to see God –Isaiah 58:8, 1 Peter 2:21-24, Acts 3:1-9

Day 14: Release from Bondage:

 Let us ask God to loose the bonds of spiritual slavery, undo the heavy burdens, free the oppressed and break every yoke over the youths & young adults that will attend hip hope Chicago. Pray that God will break the spirit of bondage over Chicago(South-side & West-side).Finally, lets pray that we are freed from any bondages we might be struggling with as individuals. –Isaiah 58:6, Isaiah 10:27, Isaiah 61:1

Day 13: Wisdom for Direction;

We need the lord to direct everything that are doing in preparation for hip hope and during the hip hope outreach in Chicago. We can't do anything right without the help of the holy spirit. So, let us pray for the leading of the Lord ~Proverbs 3:5-6, Proverbs 28:26, Ezra 8:21, James 1:5

Day 12: Release of Protection:

We need lord divine protection, physically, emotionally and spiritually. We don’t want any violent incidences while we are on the streets and during the hip hope event. Pray protection on the people performing, the youth groups, the churches, hip hope team etc. Pray that the Lord will cover our team from any physical, emotional, spiritual attack before, during and after hip hope chicago. ~ Psalm 91, Ephesians 6:10-20

Day 11: Release of Anointing:

 The Lord needs to anoint us all the team-members~(especially the hip hope artists, administrators, the churches involved, youths& young adults performing and giving testimonies during the big event on Friday, April 22nd etc). Ask the Lord to anoint with my gifts to carry-out all that he has called us to do in Chicago. - Isaiah 61:1-6, Luke 4:18

Day 10: Release of plentiful harvest:                                                                                                                Pray that will see great harvest of souls into the kingdom through Hip Hope Chicago. Many are living in sin in Chicago and they need a touch from Christ. Please pray that they will repent and come to Christ. “The lord wishes none will perish but all will come to repentance” Also, pray that there will be lasting fruit after hip hope Chicago(New saved souls that continue to walk with Christ)~ John 4:35-38: I am sending you to reap that which you have not labored in. Others have labored and you have entered into their labor.
